To date there has been no call for the appointment after seven months. I purchased through Listen 2 Life replacement domes for my hearing aids. The domes fall off in my ear. I called to make an appointment but the soonest I could be seen was over 24 hours later. When indicating the dome was in my ear, the suggestion was go to Urgent Care. Personally, I will searching for a better solution. This business does not care other then to upsell newer products. Go elsewhere.

Purchased Oticon's top of the line hearing aides to replace a 6 year old pair that were failing…read more Paid full price ($6,000) as I had no insurance. When initially fitted, they used the results of a 5 month old hearing test. The new ones didn't sound right, so I made a second appointment and insisted on a new hearing test and reprogram, which they did. Still wasn't satisfied since my old set still worked better. Made a 3rd appointment and was told one of the hearing aides was missing data for several frequencies. Even after 3 efforts, I still didn't think they were right. Gave up and paid a different audiologist to perform a hearing test, erase the previous programing completely and reprogram them. It was his opinion that they were programmed by amateurs. Not only did the reprogram result in the new hearing aides working better than the old, I was told one of the domes was the wrong type, and that a separate program could be added to reduce background noise to enhance speech--a major problem for me. This program was added as a 5th program. Main Line only programmed 4 channels, one of which was totally useless. My visits were with 3 separate audiologists, 2 of whom had another person stop in to help. The audiologist I worked with in the past no longer worked there. I was a patient for at least 8 years and purchased my last set from them. Until last year the service was satisfactory. Something clearly changed. It troubles me to have to write such a negative review, but I don't want anyone to go through what I did. Roy T.

She seemed to really care and whispered encouraging words to me. She got the IV in one shot. I walked to OR#1 with the nurse anesthetist. I never asked but they gave me warm blankets. It was cold in there. As they positioned me, each staff member was doing their preparations like a well oiled machine. Next thing I know, I'm in recovery where my nurse (Melinda?) says, time to wake up and offers me a juice. I had no memory getting there. She helped me sit up and get my clothes. Both the surgeon (Newman) and recovery nurse both called my wife. Later walked out the door. No photos here. Just nice people.

He agreed to try it. He was absolutely amazed at the difference in his hearing and was sorry he didn't do it earlier. Alicia is wonderful. She is always available for questions and to help in anyway. The warranty had not expired yet…read more The sales person said that in order for them to claim the warranty I had to promise them as a regular customer which I refused. They therefore charged me for the full price (which was very high), faked on programming it on the phone when it was already programmed, then I found out it was not necessary. I question if they thereafter filed for warrenty as they had all of my personal information. Recently I had to replace another aid it came under warranty at no COST! Beware of stores who take advantage of senior citizens.
