They didn't trim the leaves from the stems in the vase either so the water is just dirty leaf water. He also paid extra for a balloon which never came. He could have went to Publix and got a quality arrangement and balloon than what was sent. Value is extremely poor quality at this florist. You all should be ASHAMED! People are entrusting you to brighten up someone's day & you are doing just the opposite and embarrassing people with these catfish arrangements.
