Dr Duran was indeed there and someone else had been given my 2:30 appointment. If I had been told there was a schedule conflict, there would be no problem, but I was lied to twice. I've found Dr Duran to be a very competent Audiologist, but there is an office/ scheduling problem, honesty problem. Having an appointment takes a big chunk out of my day, in addition to driving in the crazy traffic. I expect respect and honesty, not underhandedly giving my appointment to someone else. JL

I am acutely aware of when I am being rushed through an appointment because the provider, understandably, has a lot of pressure due to the nature of the work. Dr. Durand is no exception as far as a total commitment to her patience is concerned. As far as taking an active interest in providing the best care possible, she is a notable exception. dr.
