He said they have a benefit for a discount. --- Even tho I have had my aids for over a year, got a great discount through AARP, and am very satisfied with my provider, Dr. Ryan Crawford. I found out he is the only provider contracted with RMHP for aids. He mislead me to think I had a benefit instead of a Hearing Association discount program available. I felt this was unprofessional, felt greedy, and not in my interest, but his. He didn't even ask me if I liked my current aids, provider, or price I paid!

Specifically audiologist department I've left messages twice for different reasons related to my hearing aids. I'm still waiting for a callback. It's unfair to leave us waiting like this because unlike the other department, we depend on our hearing aids to conduct business and live day to day. We require these aids to Communicate and understand our surroundings and more importantly maintain safety within our surroundings. Please fix this. I shouldn't have to wait 2 days for a call back to get my hearing aid check for problems.

They have moved, Doctors tell you you need test yet never send referrals for weeks so you suffer with your health problem for weeks or months. dr wanted an MRI and ultrasound ad PT yet referrals went out only after numerous calls and over 3 weeks. The new staff is beyond rude. Dr. assistant had numerous excuses why things fell through cracks while I suffered with extreme vertigo at times so finally made an appointment with an entirely different office. I am a RN and do not go here it is a mess at this new office I think plastics is where they are focusing now. I still have issues yet hard to get diagnosed when they do not follow up with PT, test that never got scheduled and has been two months. Maybe if patients leave and they can't pay for new building they will get it. vertigo is dangerous especially for a Senior like myself. hard to rule out things when you do not test. then doc said maybe it is migraines yet I have never had migraines

I had a…read morehearing evaluation done at the center, which was more comprehensive than evaluations that I've had at other audiologists. I was tested for my word comprehension in the high frequency range in a way that my brain was not able to plug in the consonants if that makes sense. Linda also understands the hearing aid industry and the technology available for those with profound loss and the struggles that individuals with such loss have adapting to new aids. Finally, the prices are very reasonable if one is paying out of pocket.
