Dr Kovacs was amazing. Some doctors can be a little invalidating when it comes to "nothing looks…read morewrong here" types of appointments but he is not one of those doctors! He took more time than I could have expected and was fantastic at explaining things. He was extremely knowledgeable and coached me on how to speak with the next doctors, what symptoms to focus on, and how to not get blown off by a doctor who sees my actual hearing doesn't have an issue. Can't say enough good things about this place. Had a hearing aid emergency late on a Friday. Within…read more10 minutes later and less than 30 minutes to closing I had an almost perfect temporary fix that lasted the entire weekend. Then first business day at opening time they took my hearing aid to do the full repair. The sound is perfect now. All staff is super friendly as well. I was wearing my favorite baseball cap and they asked me all about it. Within minutes I had almost told them my entire life story. I left in a better mood than I entered. It's really fun going to this place.

I wanted to try the Oticon…read morehearing aids and try Costco hearing aids too before I made a final decision on which one to go with. Advanced Hearing let me try the Oticon hearing aids for a trial period. I had to buy the hearing aids from Costco in order to try them. In the end I decided that the Oticon hearing aids were better, but also the knowledge and level of service that I received at Advanced Hearing was FAR superior to Costco. So I went with the Oticon hearing aids in the end.
