Dr. Hamilton is superb with his caring attitude along with his honest and helpful approach to assist me with my decision on the right hearing device. I recently had my left hearing device in need of replacement or repair. (I was even within 5 days of my warranty to expire.) I'm going in this Wednesday to pick up the replacement device! There's was no hassle and I'm always treated with respect. Dr. Hamilton, and Candy who runs the front end of the office in Gaylord, is by far the best trusted team to offer many hearing choices that fits your pocket book, and with dedicated follow through. The entire process and great hearing devices with warranties, and also offering extended warranties, is by far superior. I went to other hearing clinics that made me feel less secure in the pricing and service after the sale. I totally recommend this business as you already can see by my review it's worth taking the time to post!

Once, I used a mail-order plan provided by my Medicare insurance but they were cheap and not worth the money. My current aids were 6 years old and I knew I had to replace them. I had made an appointment with Costco for the exam. I then looked into my current insurance plan and decided to explore more. I made an appointment with Family Hearing Care. It was the best decision I have made to date. I received a very friendly welcome from the staff and the most thorough exam that I have ever had previously. With my insurance plan, I was able to purchase some great aids that turned out to be cheaper than what I would have paid at Costco. I highly recommend Family Hearing Care. The staff is great!!

Dr Hillary is fantastic - first met her when they were in Elk Rapids - and have seen her since in Traverse City. Kudos to the receptionist that has also helped on what turned out to be simple things to change what was going on with my hearing aids.
