It is easier to get appointment at this hearing Life Center and it looks like it is easier to get appointments for any ongoing needs. Paying interest free for 36 months makes it easier. Weeks prior, we received multiple notices reminding us of our appointment and repeated messages to complete the pre-appointment questionnaire, which we did. Drove an hour to this location (Roseville, CA) through major road construction to find out my 97 year old mother, who has worn hearing aids for many years, had some fresh earwax in the outer canal of one of her ears prohibiting the administration of their hearing test. We were instructed to go to a drugstore and purchase ear wax remover and return in 3 weeks for the hearing test. Apparently, they can't clean ears. Given that her ears were just cleaned by an ENT the previous week, I am suspect of this business. We were there less than 5 minutes. The ??audiologist?? at this location was substituting for the regular person who was on vacation. I declined scheduling another appointment in three weeks, blocked their business phone as spam, and unsubscribed. My next destination Costco-- I do not recommend HearingLife under any circumstances. read more

Visited HearingLife Hearing Aid Center in Roseville, yesterday Dec. 10, 2021. My elderly father visiting from Minnesota needed his hearing aids adjusted or possibly to be re-assessed. (The TV was WAY too loud again) Ron was quick to figure out the problem with the hearing aids........all they needed was to be cleaned! Who knew? I asked Ron what we owed him for his time........his response was "only a smile". I would highly recommend Ron and his office staff in Roseville to anyone needing assistance with hearing loss or adjustments to current hearing aids. My husband visited Hearing Life, hoping to get hearing aids quickly before going overseas. The site in Glenview IL assured us that this would be no problem as both the company and doctor were in network with our insurer. It turned out the doctor is not, and after wasting time trying to contact them, we ran out of time. Their dishonesty means my husband will have to go overseas for 2 months without hearing aids. read more

Dunno, they don't have anyone to answer phones , so you have to do business on their schedule when they have time to call you back. Well Skippy, I don't wear that phone around on me all day. When I moved to the Sacramento area to go to college I was in need of a new audiologist. I called whisper after trying a few other places and patty was able to get me right into see Dr. Sanders. He was able to fix my aids and fit me with new molds. I had the molds a couple days later and they have lasted since. That was 4 years ago. Dr. Sanders has continued to provide me with hearing test s and device cleanings on a 6 month schedule. Now that I am ready for new aids there is no doubt where I will be purchasing them from. Whisper Hearing Center has unrivaled patient service, with the kind and personable staff. Patty up front is so sweet and she always provides sweet treats for the patients. She also is very knowledgeable. Dr. Sanders and Dr. Trussel are both very knowledgeable and down to earth audiologists who make you feel comfortable, not awkward or dumb, and assist you in any way they can to help improve your hearing, and essentially your quality of life. I have been going to whisper hearing center for a year now as a volunteer, and drive all the way from Vacaville just to work with these wonderful, professional individuals. I highly recommend anyone who needs to have a basic hearing test or has an interest in getting hearing aids for themselves or a loved one to first come to Whisper Hearing Center in Roseville, I guarantee you won't want to go anywhere else. I came in to Whisper to accompany my dad to his appointment, but I also brought my sons along with me (12, 10, and 8). My youngest wears hearing aids and I was hoping to get him in as a new patient as our insurance had changed and we needed a new audiologist. Ashley at Whisper explained that they didn't have an audiologist on site at the moment, but she offered to take my son's devices and give them a good cleaning while we were waiting. She didn't have to do that, and what's more, the problems he was having with them vanished after the deep clean! She was so kind and helpful, and I am so grateful for her excellent customer service! We saw Ed for my dad's appointment, and he was so friendly and helpful, explaining everything including the tech stuff. He also let me know that if I get a note from my son's primary and his former audiologist, they would be happy to service his hearing aids, clean them, give us batteries, etc at no charge! I was blown away by how generous and kind both Ashley and Ed were, and I will be recommending Whisper to every single person I possibly can. Having a HOH child can be overwhelming sometimes, so walking into a new place and having them immediately allay all my fears was an unexpected treat. Thank you Whisper! read more

After seeing Dr. Charles Sanders at Whisper Hearing Center in Roseville, I can only ask is this a doctors office or a used car lot. I felt pressured to spend thousands on a device that I was not allowed to ask questions about, and then rushed out of the office as if I was of no bother to him if I wasnt going to earn him any money. I would never reccomend this office or this doctor!! Not to mention that Patty at the front desk was patronizing and slow. She acted as if just having more than one customer in the office was more than she could handle and the whole front office was littered with papers and charts. read more

I was crying my eyes out yesterday feeling so ripped off by Whisper Hearing in Roseville. I took 1 of my aids in & was told it was broken & that Widex would fix it and off It went to the factory. The lady there told me more than once $50.00. Not 1 time did she ever mention $450.00! I never would of gone thru them had she mentioned $450.00. My husband went by there today to let her know how he and I felt. I should of been given a written estimate. Instead she tells my husband that she repeated the price to me 3 times. First off that is a lie! I don't appreciate anyone trying to make me out as a liar when I know what she said, $50.00.. My husband told her that no one likes to have things repeated to them over and over again. Had I known it was going to be 450 like I said I never would of left my aid with them, I would of rather driven into Sacramento to see my old audiologist. That's another thing that concerns me, waiting in the reception room. For over 10 years my audiologist always took me into the service room and I would watch him test and adjust my digital aids & he would make sure that the volumn was correct for me. Whisper Hearing and 1 other place I tried, they took my aid and went into another room alone and did I don't know what to them. Really I'm beginning to wonder if they do anything to them or not. How do I know for sure that my aid was broken! It might have only needed an adjustment for all I know. It could of been filled with wax. How do the hearing impaired find trust worthiness at hearing aid centers. I think I will just start driving all the way down to Sacramento again, atleast they can be trusted as they work with you. No more Whisper Hearing for me. read more
