I was given a two-hour window of when the crew would arrive (8:00 a.m. -- 10:00 a.m.). When no one had arrived by 10:30 I called. The crew had been called to an emergency repair. The office knew that well before I called. I should have gotten a call. The crew arrived just after lunch and had the repair (of a separated water line at the meter) repaired in two hours. They did a beautiful job. But they are not the cheapest in the area. Probably one of the more expensive but they did a great job.
