I've been a patient at the Heart Rhythm Center for years and have always had a true five star experience. Bradycardia runs in my family so as long as I can remember my slow pulse has panicked Primary Care doctors. As a child and teenager I knew a pulse of 38 was absolutely normal. As a young adult when I started long distance running it was not unusual to have a pulse in the mid twenties. When I lived in California I had been a study subject of University of California Medical Center in San Francisco and Stanford University. After moving to Kentucky I found a wonderful Cardiologist that was comfortable monitoring my Bradycardia. When my bradycardia started changing in it's normal pattern my Cardiologist referred me to the Heart Rhythm Center. Dr Thomas was the doctor that oversaw my continued treatment. He made recommendations along the way but was understanding about my hesitancy to over react. Once it was obvious I needed to consider a pacemaker due to A-Fib and a heart rhythm that was anywhere from slow to rapid Dr Thomas was the right doctor to handle my case. He had the experience to handle my other medical challenge of allergies to components of a routine pacemaker. Dr Thomas deserves at least ten stars for his ability to locate a modified pacemaker that I would not have an allergic reaction to. Since my successful pacemaker surgery I routinely check in with the pacemaker programmers at the Heart Rhythm Center. I also have follow-up visits with an APRN that is fantastic at the Heart Rhythm Center. The Heart Rhythm Center is not for all heart issues but if your medical condition has to do with any form of rhythm irregularities the Heart Rhythm Center is the place you want to be treated at. read more

She gave me two prescriptions that I'd already been on. I let her know that the quantities had been so tiny that they didn't resolve the issue before running out. She told me she had no way of knowing the quantity that she was prescribing so, if it was the tiny amounts again, to "just go to your PCP." So then...why am I here? An hour later when I picked them up, they were indeed the same tiny amounts, so I had to turn right around and go to an urgent treatment center and pay the copay there, as well. When I got the bill, it was for more than my insurance said it would be at this provider. So I jumped on their site. It's absolutely awful - most of the buttons don't even work, or lead you to literally blank screens. Except, of course, the bill. I looked up the ICD codes and they tried to charge me for things they DID NOT EVEN DO. They also had an ICD code charging me for telling me to go to my PCP. What a freaking joke! I finally found a contact form on their website and reached out. Never heard anything. So on 12/17/2025 I submitted a BBB complaint. It took them over a month to reply - that they wanted the complaint closed because they were going to reach out to me personally to resolve the issue. Here we are another month later and I received an illegally inflated bill for services they didn't perform, and they've literally never once communicated with me except to send me these incorrect bills. They don't even have a Customer Service email address - presumably because they have no concept of customer service, as you can see from my experience. Avoid this place at all costs! The provider doesn't know what they're doing, they'll bill you for things they didn't do (or for things like...telling you to go to your PCP), and then never respond.

NO ONE follows through on what they say they are going to do. They waste your time. STAY AWAY! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! It would be better for The Little Clinic to not exist.

They will schedule you for a appointment. Give you a card with the time on it for you to return. Then, when you return for the appointment they will tell you that you are late. That there is a different time in the computer than is on the card THEY gave you. Then they will tell you that you violated rules about being late and wont even look at the card they gave you with the right time.... This is very bad for people who ride the bus to appointments that would as well get turned away because a issue on the office's end they could easily resolve but are ,clearly, unwilling to... Attitude is everything and they have attitudes alright... Bad ones and don't care about proof... So, be careful when dealing with this office because they have no intentions on working with you even when its their fault... I would give this place 0 stars if I could...

I trust him implicitly which is good because I've had a lot of work done (like six major surgeries in the past decade). He's compassionate, funny, honest, and a great dentist. He cares so much that he gives his personal number to patients when the office is closed and over holidays, in case of dental emergencies. His office staff are also gems. I've known them for years, but they take such effort to learn new patients' names and are truly interested in your needs. They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. I'll be very sad the day that Dr. Nunnally decides to retire. Until then, I'll appreciate his practice for the rare jewel that it is, a health professional that treats every patient like a neighbor not a number.

My partner was looking into dental implants at Nuvia in Louisville, and the experience was so…read moreblatantly unprofessional and misleading that I honestly think this practice needs to be reviewed by reputable organizations in the area. This was our third or fourth opinion on this procedure -- we've talked to real oral surgeons, we know what's normal, and we had high hopes based on the promises made over the phone. When scheduling, we were told the entire office would be "reserved just for us," that all staff would be focused solely on our appointment, and that because their surgeons are "so busy," we needed to put down an $89 deposit to secure the spot -- even though they advertise a free consult. That alone felt off, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we arrived, they checked us in and then vanished. After 30 minutes, they took my partner back for a quick scan, then immediately put him back in the waiting room. We waited another 45 minutes with zero communication. Eventually someone wandered by and told us we "might want to reschedule" because someone ahead of us was taking longer than expected -- which makes absolutely no sense if the entire office was supposedly dedicated to us and no one else. The story completely contradicts what we were told. We were also told the $89 deposit would be refunded immediately as long as we showed up. It's been over two weeks, and nothing has been refunded. I've called twice and keep getting vague excuses and no action. At this point, it feels intentional. The whole operation reads like a sales funnel dressed up as a medical practice. They push "24‑hour dental implants," which any legitimate oral surgeon will tell you is unsafe, unrealistic, and carries a high risk of implant failure. The entire setup feels predatory -- like they're targeting people in vulnerable situations with big promises, pressure tactics, and zero follow‑through. It gave the same energy as those pharmaceutical reps who prey on people who desperately need treatment. We walked out and immediately found a reputable practice elsewhere. It's incredibly disappointing because the phone pitch made it sound like we'd receive five‑star, concierge‑level care, and what we actually got was a complete waste of time, money, and trust. Between the misleading advertising, the contradictory explanations, the lack of professionalism, and the still‑unreturned deposit, this is absolutely a situation that deserves oversight from people outside the practice.
