Our instructor Paul was funny and personable, and did his best to make the content interesting and relevant. He did a great job bringing up real life examples of emergencies and took our training beyond the content of the Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED class. I have been CPR and first aid certified for about 15 years and this is the first class that I actually learned new, interesting things. Angelmedic also sells PPE and first aid accessories, and I picked up a professional grade tourniquet for my first aid kit, and a CPR face mask key chain to keep on me. I highly recommend Angelmedic for CPR training. All of the instructors have medical training and backgrounds, and they did a great job keeping the material fresh with real life stories. I lost so much business because of this place. I requested a refund over a month ago, but I still have not received it. I have called multiple times, left messages, and sent emails, yet no one has returned my calls or responded to my requests. I am requesting that my refund be processed immediately. I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly. If I do not receive my refund or a response within the next few business days, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank and pursue any other appropriate consumer protection options.

It states all over website that you cannot come to demonstrate without test completed. I called many times and went to location, no response and the 'office' looks like a plain door in an old run-down plaza building that may be haunted or where a serial killer might live.
