I found their entire staff to be outstanding and I want to give a special thank you to Robert Adams. I was in Houma about 3 weeks ago just for the weekend visiting family. I went to Blooming Orchid before it closed to purchase a floral arrangement for my dad's mausoleum. While waiting on the arrangement to be completed, my truck unexpectedly stopped on me while I was few blocks away. I called the store and informed the staff about my unexpected situation. I was disappointed thinking that I would not be able to purchase or receive the arrangement to be able to place it on my dad's mausoleum. Robert volunteered to meet me. He arrived and waited with me while a tow truck driver arrived to pick up my truck. He drove me back to the store to allow me to purchase the arrangement. Robert then drove me to my dad's mausoleum and personally assisted me with securely placing the floral arrangement on my dad's mausoleum. He then drove me to my family's residence in Gray. It was above and beyond anything I would have expected, and I will forever remember and appreciate the service I received. Thank you, Robert and thanks to the entire staff. After calling the florist we regularly use and being told they were not able to take another client at this time, we found this florist in Raceland. The lady, Jordan, who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and assured us the flowers for the centerpiece would arrive on Sat in time for Sunday's party. She knew just where to deliver them! When we called Sunday to check on them (we live in GA), we were told by our family that NO FLOWERS had been delivered. They even searched the church where the party was being held to be sure they weren't safely hidden anywhere. We tried calling the florist all day Monday to no avail but finally reached her today. She said they had been delivered by her son - but she would check to be sure and call me back. After not hearing from her for hours we called again only to have her HANG up on us. I never raised my voice or said one negative thing to her. Our only recourse...we have contacted the bank and reported the fraudulent activity because the money, of course, was taken out on Saturday. So sad that people take advantage of others like this! We are very disappointed to have not been able to recognize such a monumental birthday of a precious family member.

When it was brought to the funeral there were red roses in it. When I called to complain about it not being what I ordered. I was told first that the family wanted all the flowers to match for the funeral which was not true. First I would know this because I am part of the family and second there were other flowers of different colors from this same florist. Then I was told the red roses were filler flowers. Anyone that knows anything about flowers know that you don't use expensive flowers as filler flowers. Wish I had look them up on Facebook before ordering from them. From all the reviews there it's obvious that I'm not the only one that was lied to and ripped off by this florist!!!!

It was Attitudes, which I'd previously no knowledge or opinion of. I mean, it's a florist. Who would expect such ugly treatment of complete strangers on such a kind community sharing day?!? We relocated. An hour later I was yelled at again kuz, apparently, people, who we had no knowledge of, were going into their parking lot!
