When I returned home I found they didn't clean our upstairs at all. I quickly reached out and got no reason on why this happened and they took it upon themselves to come back on their schedule that wasn't a convenient time for me. Worse part - they didn't delay at all cashing that check. I paid them for services not received, so they helped themselves to a $40+ tip that was not deserved.
