I brought my items in using a laundry basket so I don't know why some of my sheets were in the bottom of the bag... The 4th set of sheet was returned to me in the laundry basket. I wrote a review a month ago in regard to an issue I had with this cleaners. There was a response, supposedly from the owner, that expressed regret for my experience and even noted that what happened should not have happened the way it did. They asked that I contact them. I have made contact multiple times in person and via phone call and was told the owner was not in and they would relay my message to contact me. I was even told today that the owener would be in later and they would give him the message. As of 5:46p.m., I have yet to receive a phone call. I began to be under the impression that the owner was actually concerned about their customers and the customer experience; but it's obvious that's not the case.
