When Dr. Lonsdorf determined that I did need a specialist, he was quick to refer me to a very good one for further treatment and surgery - and I was very pleased with that experience. His expertise is very comprehensive. The whole staff are highly ethical. They seem like family to each other. They preformed several totally unnecessary procedures that turned a visit that would have been covered 100% by my insurance to one that insurance does not cover and now I'm stuck with a huge bill. AND they want me to go for all these preventative procedures and want to see me back in 6 months, which my insurance will not cover. I told them I am retired and cannot afford all this. Again, met by complete indifference. I am HEALTHY!!! My conditions have been perfectly controlled for decades by medication. So why should I have to go back every 6 months!? It's just a money grab.

My boyfriend has ALS and is unable to move. Dr. Saunders did not even touch him to check his stomach or his urine bag, but rather sat there and told him he would refer him to a gastro and urologist. Not even making it urgent. By Saturday, William was in so much agony that I finally called 911. He's been hospitalized since then. He has a severe blood and bladder infection. He's been on massive fluids and antibiotics, and currently, he's been admitted to the city hospital. Today is day 4. As of now, there is no estimate when he can return home. I will be filing a complaint with the state medical board. And possibly contact a lawyer.

The building is only a couple years old as he recently moved to a larger more accommodating building. The layout is great and they have a really nice play area for kids in the waiting room out front. They have free K-cup style coffee and pretty solid reading material. The staff is nice and I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame.
