This is not a personally thing, i liked Dr. Clanahan. My beef is how he runs his care.I gave him…read morealmost 13,ooo dollars, for spinal decompression on my back and neck. He demanded to be paid in cash. I have no results after months of decompression. When i first went he said my one leg was shorter than the other, and gave me a lift for my shoe. Later on he tried to adjust my shorter leg, and dislocate my hip, forgetting he gave me a lift for my shoe. This was on a monday and said he wanted to see me on wednesday ( he is only in the office, 3 days a week. Wednesday came and i was told he couldn/t see me ,the same on friday. I was in a lot of pain and walking with a stick to keep my balance. I went to a different chirpractor who put my hip back in place If you want to see him you have to go to the staff and make and appointment. If you are thinking about about spinal decompression shop around you can find a better price and some one you can have better results with. I have/nt had any better results with my neck. With Dr. Clanahan its a about the money. I think he should refund some of my cash. I think he is a better salesman than a chiropractor. On tv he brags about being number one in chiropract and spinal decompression The staff tells every one to vote for him. You can vote as many times as you like.

I went to this clinic for a DOT exam that I needed for a job that I was starting. When I arrived,…read morethe nurse asked if I had brought the paperwork. I was under the impression that the clinic handled that, as I was paying for the exam, and they advertise as offering DOT physicals. The nurse then told me that she couldn't get the forms to print correctly so she would just record all of my information and I could come back later in the week to get the completed forms. She was borderline rude during the entire process. Eventually, she got the forms to print, but it appeared as though she had never handled a DOT physical before as she was confused about the forms and the reason for needing the physical in the first place. I paid $180 at checkout, and then received a bill for an additional $23 about a month later. Apparently, this was for lab fees for the urinalysis. I was never informed that there were additional fees involved. For $180, I assumed everything was covered. Average DOT physical prices range between $60-$110, so $200 seems extraordinarily high. Also, for some reason the nurse wrote the expiration date as 3.5 months from the exam. Since I had no restrictions or conditions that required monitoring, the exam should have been good for 2 years. Since the expiration date falls a month before my work agreement ends, I now have to get another exam in order to continue working. Had I known this was going to turn into a very expensive waste of time, I would have just waited to get my exam when I started work. The clinic here charges $90, all inclusive, by the way. I will say that Dr. Fischer was helpful and friendly, but that was the only positive part of my experience. I can't speak for any other services they offer, but if you need a DOT exam, look elsewhere.
