I originally went in for relief from back discomfort. After a neck adjustment, I developed severe cluster headaches and ongoing nerve issues in my neck/shoulder area that still affect me years later. My neck and shoulders have remained prone to irritation and reinjury. At the time, I went back and told them I was having severe issues after the adjustment. I remember being very uncomfortable with the idea of another neck adjustment, but my neck was adjusted again anyway, and I was sent on my way. I never pursued it formally, and I regret that. But based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone against allowing neck/head adjustments here. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and I personally would never go back.

Then he wanted me to continue using some bio freeze product and other therapy the office offered. It was just a bad experience of people wanting to get more time and money out of you than they already had. On top of the probably $50 i spent for the initial Igor a bill for another $60. And i didn't even get an adjustment.
