The hallways and the unit itself were very clean, and the locker ended up being larger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I noticed was that the area where my unit is located felt a bit warm, like maybe the A/C was down. Since I did opt for climate control, that gives me a little pause -- but I'm hoping it was just an off day and not the norm. All in all, solid first impression and glad to have the extra space at a good price and location!

We rented two 10' x 15' units with roll up garage style access doors that have high clearance and units have interior lighting. Large 26' box truck can be a bit tricky to swing around building corner in last row near fence line with parked/stored vehicles and trailered boats, but facility has been making great strides labeling parking for stored vehicles this year. Trish provides fantastic customer service & I cannot stress that enough!!! She gets back to you timely & has always been super helpful! If we're ever in need of storage units again she certainly has earned our family's business! Please consider them if needing convenient enclosed, trailer/vehicle, RV or boat storage. Great place! Miles of storage recently bought the Bloomington storage facility we use and that is the one and…read moreonly reason we have ever done business with them. Since they have taken over, the security gate remains open, the security cameras are pointing in the wrong direction. Several locks insode the facility have been cut and items stolen. Our locker included. We have reached out to the call center several times with no response other than the rep saying our concerns will be forwarded to a manager. We cant speak to anyone with any authority to fix the problems they caused. I attempted to contact them through their website only to be given an error message stating the site is not safe. When I continued to the site and accesses the contact us link, I was unable to send the message. The company is a scam and only wants to collect the fees from tenants.
