Had to come in twice to correct their issues with the specimen. Then they billed me additional charges when it was their fault. Called 2 times only to leave a message for billing to return my call to discuss. They never called back. Contacted the office manager and she just said I'm sorry. Explained never getting a call back from billing she replied that's not correct. Total incompetent office and lab staff. Terrible experience recommend finding someone else.

It's just disgusting. Kayla was incredibly aggressive & rude. She was also in the back with a patient, came out to the waiting room with her gloves on, messed with my papers then went back to the patient. If you're in healthcare you know how unsanitary & disgusting this is both ways. She also told me to go back to the waiting room prior to sealing & having me initial my specimen. I doubt it was to contaminate but just out of laziness. Just do your job properly. It's not that hard.

I checked and arrived on time; another customer came after me with her appointment 30 minutes after mine. I waited one hour to even be seen and the appointment that was scheduled after mine was admitted and checked in before I was. I don't understand what type of process they run at this location but it is not effective. Being a healthcare professional and understanding my patient rights and responsibilities, this location has poor customer service. The receptionist is very rude and dismissive more especially to people of color. I would highly recommend this location complete evaluation as of their staff and the type of treatment customers are receiving to still be employed.

Pros: Super clean Kind staff Cons: Slow Inconsistent information Hard to get clear direction Check in took me a good 45 mins and we were the only people there. Front desk couldn't seem to figure anything out. I had to jump through so many hoops for them to verify my insurance only to not and charged me out of pocket for my visit. I was told once I could prove I had coverage they would reimburse my $125. I submitted what they needed 24 hours later only to get the run around about my refund! 38 days later, I had to reach out to the business again to finally get a refund. If this is the way this place will be, I'll stick to the extra drive.

I did not like that they did not let me go back with my minor child, but I understand the reason. When the nurse took us back, she put us in a surgery waiting room and two hours later-still waiting and never checked on, we hear others, that came in after us-being checked on, the anesthesiologist and doctors discussing the procedures with them and taking them back. They were so over booked, but yet the others waiting were all being checked on, while we were forgotten about. Our daughter is 6, she has had tubes in her ears and a T&A and we were never treated that way. We ended up leaving. We did not trust our child's care, to medical professionals who left us in a room for two hours, did not check on us and saw every other person who had checked in after we did. I do not recommend their facility, not for a child and especially not for any special needs child.
