Lora sold my acreage in Boone and traveled all the way to Indianola (75 miles away form Boone) numerous times to look at multiple homes and to assist me in buying my new house. She expertly advised me in selling of my house and buying of the new house. She protected me from a very difficult seller/agent when buying. We were in contact multiple times a day for weeks until my houses were settled. Her expertise got me near asking price for my old house and got me into my new house at a good rate. Lora, advised me on a grant that was available that I was completely unaware of. She acted on my behalf all the way though the process, guiding me the whole way and putting me at ease more then once. Lora is the only agent I will use, she cares for her customers like friends. I 100% recommend her for all your real estate needs!! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Lora O.

Iowa is a unique and wonderful place to make your home. The open spaces, clean air and beautiful scenery will draw you in, but the welcoming community will make you want to stay. I spend my free time enjoying a wide variety of activities with my family including horseback riding and camping. Family and community are important aspects of my life. As a committed member of the community, I have served a term on the Board of Directors at the Chamber of Commerce in the past, having served an active role and connecting with people in the local community. This helped me understand the values of local families and individuals. Before becoming a Realtor, I was a teacher. My training and experience as a former teacher has been incorporated into my business by helping educate homebuyers. My greatest joy is helping someone transition into a new home - my assistants and I work hard to make it a smooth, stress-free process for our clients.
