What I like about this Clinic is that it is very personal. At other clinics I had the experience of having four or five different people work on my therapy within any given visit. I dreaded my visits there. Here I am assigned one person that stays with me the entire time. This is the way it should be. When being assigned to the same therapist for the entire appointment, they get to know you better, what you need to work on and how they can help you best. This is a nice clinic, conveniently located on Argyle Forest. They have a large rehab area with various types of rehabilitation equipment to meet your needs. You can park right in front of this clinic and there is always parking availability. The therapists are very friendly - I enjoy this! They care for you, and they make sure that you are feeling comfortable with your therapy. If you ask questions, they will answer the questions. They will have questions for you as well..so that they can provide the best services. Instead of dreading your clinic time in physical therapy each visit, you actually will look forward to it because it is a happy, positive environment! I have some old sports injuries, that flare up from time to time, and lately I've not been able to get them under control. One of my therapist recommended Andrew and Take Control Physicsl Therapy, because one of her other patients had a very positive experience here. I trust her, and now I trust Andrew because he took the time to explain to me what needed to be done what movements I needed and how I could be injury free going forward. He focuses on the McKenzie method, although he has other modalities available to him and he is a BOARD-CERTIFIED PHYSICAL THERAPIST. That means that he passed the most rigorous test common is the master of his craft. The McKenzie method focuses on movements that help alleviate pain, and they do so with less appointments than you would have to go to a traditional physical therapy routine or you're one of three or one of four people that are getting addressed at one time. Andrew's method is 101 you have his full attention and he encourages you to keep in constant contact with him to let you know how you are doing. My experience with him was fantastic, and after five appointments, I was pain-free. Actually, I was pain-free after the third appointment, but I had some long drives and being cooped up in the car is not necessarily good for your back posture. He really believes in his methods come he really believes that you deserve to be pain-free and that's what he's dedicated therapy clinic.
