I have her bathed and clipped. NPS does a great job with her. And I've always been very happy with the results. NPS is friendly and reasonably priced. Also, they won't try and talk you into something you don't need. Ex...my cat was doing an excessive amount of scratching and biting at herself. I thought she might have fleas, so I told NPS to give her a flea treatment, which would have been an extra charge. No prob. When I went to pick my cat up, NPS told me they didn't see any fleas, so she didn't need the flea treatment. I recently took my cat to the vet for her regular shots, and to check on the scratching. The vet said to me "I don't know where you get her groomed, but they did a really great job." I told the vet NPS! She was impressed because it's hard to find a groomer that will take care of cats, much less have them come out this good. I highly recommend NPS for your pet.

I was so excited to take my certification test .. studied for weeks. The main reason was I was…read moretrying to own my own grooming truck and I wanted to become more marketable for my buisness. I live in Ga and the test site was in Jacksonville fl. I saved up and borrowed enough money to go to take the test. The test was on Sunday May 19 and I arrived at my hotel on May 18 , Saturday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. Traveled 5 hours, rented a car, got a hotel, requested off from work, bought all the study materials I needed. Paid $90 to become a member, food and gas for the trip. As I sat in my hotel room for an hour I get a phone call from Mr. Reynolds stating that the 8hr seminar I was suppose to go to in the morning, and the test I had studied so hard for was cancelled. I HAD TRAVELED 5 HOURS. Their excuse was the person who conducted the seminar and had the test, and test answers was stuck in Colorado because of a snow storm. Someone told me they sometimes try to make an excuse if they don't have enough people for a class. But I had traveled a really long distance. The whole scenario was disrespectful, unprofessional and just plain careless planning !!!!!
