I recommend this place for the brave people out there. My husband was crazy about this place, and I…read moreenjoyed it, although I did feel a little uncomfortable at times. It's Run by Min herself, and although she did a great job and prices were really good, she got all up in there. Lots of butt massage, which I'm not used to, and although sometimes she had a sheet on you to cover up, most times it was off, which again I'm not used to. But if that does not bother you, then I highly recommend going there, but since it is ran by one person and they do accept walk-ins, I would recommend calling ahead. I called ahead to check the prices which are $60 for one hour of Swedish massage. We ended up making an appointment, although it was for two of us, so we had to go one after each other (she gave us a discount because of that). Although it is nearby several shops, so we went out to explore a little bit while the other person was getting massaged. Other one thing I didn't like was while she was giving the massage, she answered the phone to make other appointments, and ended up putting the phone on my legs afterwards. Although I do appreciate that she has to make her business, I wished that the person at front desk would be the one answering the phone while she focuses on the massage. There was about 3 to 4 phone calls with in my one hour massage and 1 towards the end of my husbands. Bottom line is she was really friendly and did a great job giving the massage for a great price, so I would recommend giving this place a try if those few things that I mentioned does not bother you. They did not bother my husband, and he actually wants to go back tomorrow, which I would be up for

Totally disappointed forced into tip and usually guy know what that means no such luck here. Rub…read moremaps was wrong with this place. Old person doing massage and without the extra that's typical for these places not worth it cause wasn't even good and the forced $30 tip not worth it. $70 hour massage gave her $100 she just kept and said was her tip. Again that normal for extra but rip off just for a bad massage. I won't go back and would tell others no to also

I had a very unpleasant experience with Back in Action Chiropractic today. I had previously…read morecontacted them to see about coming as a new client. However, I had some reservations because the interactions and the phone-answering service had a very corporate and unfriendly feel to them. On the second call I made to set up the appointment, the receptionist came across as a bit snotty. Even though I was calling more than a week in advance, she acted like I was putting her out to find a time for me and acted annoyed. In addition, I was told I would have to have X-rays every 3 years to continue to see them in the future, which I thought was extensive. Previous chiropractors I have seen have only required initial X-rays. X-rays cause non-ionizing radiation and can lead to cancer due to DNA breakage. One would think doctors interested in health would not require that. I was on my way to my appointment today and called to let them know I was coming. However, the receptionist told me my appointment was canceled because I did not call to confirm it earlier. I was shocked. I hadn't gotten a chance to call to confirm the appointment. I had driven from out of town to come. Anyway, I think if I make an appointment and haven't cancel it, I will be there. Many people, including myself, don't always have time to call and confirm every appointment they make. Although I can understand the policy, I don't think canceling the appointment of a person who needs help, because they didn't have a chance to confirm it, is a very professional or caring thing to do. I can't speak to the skills of the doctors who work at Back in Action as I have not seen them. I didn't get that far. I don't plan on making any future appointments.
