Contacting my primary to see what he thinks I should do. Healthcare is a mess and I'm sick of being kicked to the curb. All I did was show up to my appointment, the staff is awful and now, I'm left with no ENT to tell me how to proceed? I need an endoscopy according to the test results. She explained the results of the test so I would have some understanding of my hearing loss before seeing the doctor. Dr David Wolfe, was friendly, pleasant, provided a thorough exam. He asked a multitude of questions to narrow down my health and hearing issues. He explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions in layman's terms. I didn't feel rushed or hurried. He took his time and made sure I understood everything before I left. I highly recommend the practice. Don't hesitate to choose them. You won't be sorry. The only downside is they don't work with my insurance company for providing hearing aids.

There were all kinds of ads on TV for discounts but none applied to her and so we left with new hearing aids that cost $7K! these helped her hear the TV better but she did not hear better with them in person or on the phone. we went back for an adjustment and still no better. my mom wound up going back to her old hearing aids and went to return them today as she wanted to try a different company for new ones. she was told by the "hearing specialist " that these are the best and her hearing is too far gone for any help. she was also told there would be a $750 restocking fee for the hearing aids and she could be told where to bring them tomorrow as they don't take them back at the location! WHAT KIND OF SCAM IS THIS? no wonder no one is ever in the office when you go and my mom was almost in tears as the hearing specialist was so rude to her today....I was not with her as I didn't feel well. BUYER BEWARE! stay away from this place! I am a healthcare professional and would NEVER treat anyone like this!
