They were pleasant, courteous and seemed knowledgeable. The audiologist, Jan Glick was also both pleasant and knowledgeable and explained all the steps she would be taking during the hearing test and what to expect. The test was complete and Jan went over the results in detail. Afterwards she programmed two hearing aids for me to wear for a while to show what I could expect in a walk around the hearing center building outside to get a brief feel for what my wife and could expect from the use of such a device. When we returned to the office Jan explained the costs and procedure to obtain the hearing aid(s). I was most impressed with the entire process as well as the office. Total scam. Nava Health Boca gave my wife the wrong medication, made her feel terrible for weeks…read more Then the doctor tried to upsell us on treatments to fix their own screw-up. We paid for one; the local office underling -- DEI‑hire quality -- lied to me twice about a refund. That came only after I pushed hard -- and that was it. Dr. Lord, the head doctor, made empty promises and lied, refusing to provide the other upsells the local doctor herself said would help. He either couldn't be bothered or knew they were just BS money‑makers. The office manager -- another DEI hire -- was rude, defensive, and totally unprofessional, always interrupting and shoving blame. When I demanded honest answers, they threatened to call the police on me, then refused to treat my wife further as punishment. No care. No accountability. Just cash grabs and threats. Avoid this place at all costs. We switched to a holistic doctor on Dixie Highway--a real professional who actually cares.

I went there perfect and they were making feel horrible) anyway now I'm on a hunt .. finding a dr ( endocrinologist) to see you is a 3-6 mo wait . Desperate, I called Nava , explained my situation. They were kind , fit me in right away . My dr , she listened, she was compassionate and more importantly she understood. I'm now back on my original medication, which had to be increased.
