Although mistakes happen, the owner was very difficult to talk with about remedying this problem. Not only did I have to call and leave multiple messages before I got a response back- I also had to specifically ask to talk to the owner twice about the issue. The only response was "Im sorry there's nothing we can do". There was never an offer to refund the money paid to Inscribe the date on said headstone (my grandparents bought the headstone years ago, so only the death date was needed) there was also no mention of a new headstone or helping come up with a new headstone if that was necessary. I would have gladly paid to put a whole new headstone up if needed- but after multiple tries to speak with the owner no solution was offered. Yes "I'm sorry that happened" is a nice statement but does not fix the problem that my family members death date is significantly off. Although I'm sure they do a fine job with a headstone, the customer service is very lacking when an unfortunate problem arises and the owner is unwilling to work with the family to fix the mistake.

Avoid at all costs!…read more In April 2016, our apartment flooded and our landlord hired them. Well, they gave it a preliminary cleaning and said they'd be back later that day with a tool they needed. This was in the morning. At around 8PM, after this "24hour business" (at the time) dodged all of my calls, my wife left a message posing as a new customer. It was at this point he called her back and I answered. He complained about it being late and it was like pulling teeth getting him back out here to do the job halfway. It took two visits from them to get it done, and another week (of him complaining that he needed his fans back) for the carpet to finish drying out. Afterwards, he left one of the fans he complained about wanting back. Six months later I texted and said he can either get it or I'm throwing it away, and he said I could just toss it. It's like he wants the business, but is too lazy to do the work. Left this review on Facebook and he harassed me through messenger calling me "white trash".
