Warning - Be cautious renting here. I moved out in November after living here for three ( Nov of 22'-Nov of 25' ) years. At the time of my move-out, I was not informed that I owed any additional balance. When I turned in my keys, I paid the final utility amount I was told was due ($60). Before leaving, I specifically asked if there would be any other charges coming later and was told everything was taken care of. In February, I suddenly received a text message from a collection agency saying I owed $414.33 for utilities and "insufficient notice." This was the first time I had heard anything about a balance. I was never contacted by the property or sent a letter beforehand, despite them having my phone number and forwarding address. The notice claim is also incorrect. I gave written notice on October 1, which is the date I was told was required. The office is now saying my notice wasn't given until October 30, but fortunately I still have my copy showing the correct date. Since receiving the collections notice, I've tried contacting the office multiple times but have not been able to get a clear answer. I'm continually told I need to speak with the manager, but the manager is rarely available when I call or stop by. The explanation I've been given is that management changed around the time I moved out. While I understand transitions happen, that shouldn't result in residents being sent to collections without proper communication or clarification first. So again, Please Be Cautious.. This complex is bleeding money. Pool has been closed for 2 summers. Potholes are not repaired. It took 2 months to fix air conditioning in a hot Texas summer. Their utility billing never has any back up yet their prices are unreliably all over the place. Current residents pay over 1200/month while new renters sign up for 899 or 999/month. 3 different management companies in 1 year & the women in the office change daily & all seem pretty petty. I was suppose to move in on April 28 here it is May 7 and Tedra calls me talking about verification for my job!!! I have left two messages for this lady she has not called me back. No communications. Nothing. I lost $240. Thankfully I was able to move into another place within two days of me putting my application in with great communication. This really is bad business. And just think I just moved from Las Vegas. Great way to welcome someone from out of state. Pathetic read more

When I moved here over 2 years ago, this was a great apartment complex. Through the last few months, residents and office have gone down hill. The turnover in both staff and occupants is unacceptable. I have heard gun shots, had several children run into my vehicle because they continue to ride toys in the street ( parents never supervise), drug deals on property, loud music at all hours, speeding, loud vehicles, ROACH infested apartments, swimming pool is always "being repaired," PATIOS used for storage, IMPROPER lighting at entrances and on buildings,parking rules NOT enforced, NOW you pay $30 monthly for water....whether you are1 person in 1 BEDROOM unit or several living in a 3 B/D. read more

I've only been here a month, but I'm not sure the previous reviewer was living in the same complex. I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and as far as security, I have had numerous deliveries left at my door while I was away at work, and not one of them was tampered with, even after dark. The grounds are very well lit and very well kept. I haven't had any problems with my neighbors and barely even hear anything coming from the homes on either side of me (no loud music or tv, no domestic issues, no commotion at all). My only complaints so far is that, because my unit!s back door is facing an uninhabited area, people walk their dogs back there and don't bother picking up after them. Little dogs aren't much of a problem, but the big ones leave big messes. That's not the apartments problem. That's just people being rude. I haven't seen any critters in the apartment other than some ants in my dogs food bowl, but that can happen anywhere. A little raid took care of that. No rodents, and like I said I'm against an open field. That's where they would come from. But they don't. Maintenance is a little slow but that's probably my fault since I don't crate my dog. My bad, not theirs. I personally feel very blessed to live here. The apartments are roomy with tons of storage, not just a box like so many others I looked at for the same or higher rent. The staff is great and I feel very much at home here. I think I'll be happy living here a very long time. read more

I can not stress enough! do not move in here it is an absolute nightmare. staff does not give a crap about you, We lived here for 2 years to build credit to buy a house and if you think they are going to say something nice or try to help you they wont instead they wanna send letters to try and make you look bad. ( dont worry i still got my new house) it is roach and rat infested and even after we told them numerous times nothing happen. then we told them we got bed bugs boy they jumped all over that and then forced us to pay for it even though they know them appartements are full of em! that was pretty much a grand out of pocket. and to top it off they never got rid of the bugs. the front and back door leaked like crazy every time it rained and nothing was done to fix it. took forever to rig the ac just to make it work for a day or so and back out they came. the gates are always broken so anyone can come in at anytime. gate code never changes after the years. the first year both pools were never opened. the parking is a night mare and all the theiving kids breaking in to your cars. we moved in and the carpet had stains on it so it was used carpet but now wanna TRY to charge me for it along with numerous other things its just insane how low these people are. So with just that little bit said if you are looking for a appartment that does nothing to help you except look for reasons to pocket more money from you treat you like trash and accomplish nothing this is the place for you. and if you leave a bad facebook review they just delete it. and other sites they comment like they are nice and wanna help but when you live there its the complete oppisite. read more
