Let me start out by saying Heather Mongie is one of the best Realtors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only is she is a professional within the Realtor market, but she can be now considered a friend. I told her of my needs/wants immediately and told her of my strict deadline of my lease on my current situation.
