The damage done in 18 months is excessive - clawed wood doors, gauged window sills, ruined blinds, dog urine saturated carpet, and repulsive odor that has taken 3 months to extricate. Yet, 3 months after tenants moved out (April 2021), she refuses to refund the mere $1300 damage deposit which barely puts a dent in the costs to repair. She never performed a Move Out Checklist, so we sent documentation and photos. She still refuses to surrender the damage deposit and gives out orders, telling us we need to go after the tenants, as if she has no responsibility as the property manager. She would perform occasional drivebys, however, NEVER enforced the tenants picking up dog feces which were left on the side of the house, often dozens upon dozens of piles, on a public street at Taft Beach. It was horrific and humiliating to discover our property was so shamefully exploited and unkept, affecting neighbors and passersby. Do your due diligence before hiring RE100 Lincoln City. Do a background check on Felecia McDougal (aka Felecia O' Daniels). You will be glad you did.

Egregious mistake was made when compiling purchase price as they "left out" the Initial deposit paid to open escrow. This was on a million dollar cash purchase. Then when refunded it was made payable to how we titled the property. This took several days and a kind banker who offered to open a new bank account titled to match the cashiers check issued by Western Title. Run to any other title company.
