UPDATE: went here yesterday. There was only one guy there. He was extremely rude and told me that fill ins are $30!! Uhm what?! He didn't tell me until AFTER I got them done. Iv been here before and it's always been $15. He made my pointer finger, ring finger, and pinky finger crooked and said it's the shape of my finger. Iv been getting my nails done for over 10 years. My fingers have NEVER looked like that. The color was supposed to be a dark purple with glitter on my ring fingers. Looks pretty brown and ugly to me! Going tomorrow to get it fixed! There was only 2 people working and their kids was practicing which I thought was so cute and the little girl was already so talented. I got them done a couple months ago and forgot to upload a picture but they were so cute and lasted for over a month with no chipping or wear off. Which was super surprising to me. Most ridiculous pedicure. $80 for two deluxe pedicures. Mine took 17 minutes and my boyfriends took 14 minutes. We are appalled didn't even want to pay. We didn't tip either. Save your money don't come here. Also cut both of us multiple times so disappointed we waste money here. read more

poor poor service. they talk to each other and not to the paying customer. as soon as they look at your nail, they start speaking in their language then they look at each other and giggle. I find it very rude. I asked the girls to not cut into the sides of my nails. She did so, and my toenail bled. She said my toenail was ingrown. I know what an ingrown nail looks like my toe was not ingrown, I asked not to use the stone on my feet because it had been previously used and she started speaking about me when I asked for a new one. If she insist on using one on my feet she spoke to her friends again very poor service. I've tried them at least once a year thinking maybe there would be new people it's just the attitude they are doing me a favor. No I'm doing them a favor by giving them my money. This is the WORST nail salon I EVER been to and will NEVER go back!! All I wanted was polish, shaping and one nail fixed. My nail tech was a young Asian male wearing a large silver ring. His English wasn't very good, but seemed to be good enough that he should have been able to understand what I was telling him. I had one broken nail that I asked if something could be done to keep it from breaking till it could grow out some (it was in the quick). He said I needed "the powder." He also insisted I needed it on all 10 nails and there would be no extra charge. He started by getting a color other than the one I had chosen TWICE. When I called him on it, he wanted to argue (loudly) with me. On the 3rd try, the color was still wrong. He kept saying he would take it off if I didn't like it. I didn't know if he meant take it off and start over or just take it off and I'd leave with my nails not done. To make an extremely long story much shorter, he did not shape my nails, the "powder" he used left my mails looking very thick and not smooth. He left finger prints in the polish, the polish was dull, messy AND the wrong color. An untrained child could have done a much better job. Hopefully the other techs are better, but I won't be going back to find out. read more

wasted my entire day in there I waited in the lobby for half an hour and then when I finally got told where to sit I waited there for another half hour and it was really just a tiring experience I don't recommend this place to anyone I have gone here previous times and the nails have been OK they usually don't last long and they typically chip easily. read more

If you WANT to be disrespected, this is the place to go!! I give this place 1 star because of the nail tech my 12 y.o daughter had, she was great! As for me, my experience was terrible. First I observed a man putting a full set of nails on another woman and he kept looking at her like she was the scum of the earth, obviously, making her feel uncomfortable. Then the female nail tech I had was very rude during the pedicure in which whatever I asked for, as far as a design on my big toe she continually said no. So I just told her what colors I would like and had her paint them that color. Once my pedicure was done, she sat me at a table with the nail polish color, told me she would be right back to do my fill-in. Then she comes out of the back of the shop with her purse and left. I instantly was ticked off. Then when my daughter finished my pedicure, I was asked if I wanted to still get my nails done, ARE YOU SERIOUS!? I said NO! I will go somewhere else and get my fill-in. I spent $140 to be treated like this!! So be warned now, if you go, you will likely be disappointed. There was a guy that was very friendly that everyone was asking for, he seemed great, but since it was my first time going I was oblivious. Rudest people I've ever met and they're straight up scammers. They make up the prices as they go and they will straight up insult you. I was paying for my own nails and one of my friend's nails. I was considering getting a pedicure too so I politely asked the man doing her nails how much our nails would cost. Instead of giving me the price he asked how much money I had. Extremely rude question to ask and very unprofessional. I didn't tell him because it wasn't his business and that wasn't the question at hand. He then laughed and said that my friend's nails would cost $65 dollars because they were holographic. All of the acrylics were mixed together and there was no way to tell that they would cost me. Apparently acrylics are $40 there but this man demanded that I pay at least $50 for hers. She opted out of the holographic nails because it was $15 extra. They charge an extra $5 for length which doesn't make sense but whatever I guess. My friend asked for medium nails which would be $45 but the man ignored her many times and made sure that he got every dime out of me. I asked him why he didn't tell us that the holographic nails costed more and he sassily said "because you didn't ask". When I walked away he asked my friend if I was her mom. Then he tried to con her into getting stuff that costed extra even though it was made extremely clear that I didn't want to pay extra. When she declined the offer he said "it's because of your friend isn't it". He pointed and laughed at me and said things in a foreign language to another employee. And then the man who did my nails also tried to scam me but he was nicer. He asked me if I wanted to do dip powder instead of gel and I asked what the price difference was. He said they were the same price so I said it didn't matter if they were the same price. He charged me $45 and the extra five was for the length. My nails were normal length btw. He brought out purple and white powder. He put both on my nail and said "isn't it cool how it's kind of two tone" and I said "yeah it looks good" so then at the end he told me it would be an extra five for "ombré" and to that I said absolutely not because I didn't ask for ombré, he told me it would be the same price, and I frankly thought he messed it up and it turned out good or something. Then he asked me where I usually go and honestly I only get my nails done a handful of times a year so I said the two places I go to usually, but I mistakenly said the wrong name of one of the spas. I meant to say PC Nails but I said I Luv Nails. Turns out this guy used to work at I Luv Nails and he asked if I knew this one person named Smiley. And I didn't realize I had said the wrong name yet but regardless I don't know anyone's name at the places I go because I don't go often enough. Then he said "well if you don't know Smiley then you've never been." Like wtf. Who says stuff like that? And I could've very well went there and not learned all the worker's names?? I left JC Nails paying $95 for two sets of acrylics and that's after being treated like crap for not wanting to pay $115 or more. These people are scammers and they are unnecessarily mean. I was very polite starting off until they were mean and tried to charge me to the fullest. I will never go here again. I should've paid $80 at most, but after all of that drama I just wanted to get out of there. I wish I wouldn't have paid them a dime because all of our nails had things wrong with them and they were mean and made fun of us. The man that did my friend's nails ran off and hid in the back after he finished probably because he knew I had a few words to say to him. Do not go here unless you have hundreds of dollars to spend on mediocre nails and want to be treated like garbage. The middle aged man is a lot meaner and sleezier than the younger man. Can't say much about the women except one of them left gunk on one of my friends' nails. Also they don't cut your cuticles, use lotion, massage your hand, or even have you wash the nail dust off of your hands before they start painting over it. They don't get you to wash your hands until after. And they barely cut our nails before putting on the acrylics. They didn't do a good job, but the nails aren't ugly I guess. read more

I wouldn't go back , there way over priced , for gel acrylic nails are 40$ , and normal there 35$ , and i got regular acrylics , and they didn't have many color variety to choose from , and the women hurt very bad and was very rough !! and they paint job was awful there was paint all around my nails , wouldn't recommend and the workers didn't have a good attitude!! read more
