In a word...INCREDIBLE!…read more This had to be one of the most legally difficult real estate transactions I've ever been involved with. I was the buyer and David was my real estate agent. The property was marketed as one house with an additional lot and one owner. Turned out it had 2 owners, 2 separate deeds, and the lot had been previously acquired via a tax lien foreclosure with many liens still encumbering it from being transferred. Needless to say, the level of professional expertise, skill, patience, attention to detail and real estate savvy to navigate and jump through all of these hoops to get this deal closed required a Cirque du Soleil real estate agent, and THAT was DAVID STEWART - the most knowledgeable business and real estate professional I've encountered. My family and I rented a property through her for $2500 a month. We rented for a year and in that year we could not live in over 50% of the house because of mold. I was never told that we could pay a percentage because we weren't able to use all of the house. Instead 1/31/22 after all of the construction and people going in and out of my house she said that they would not be renewing the lease and that we had to be out by 2/28/22. The week of Mardi Gras the worst time to be moving during the shortest month. She was trying to push us to buy the home. We didn't want the problems so we're building somewhere else. Gayle is very unethical and an all around f***ed up person! The stuff her and the owner put my family and I through. There's a very special place in hell for her.

Miss Macomber took it upon herself to state her displeasure that we had 2 service dogs, and follwed that up with some apparently necessary information on how miss Macomber could get her pet hamster certified as a service animal... it seemed like she was being a little braggadocious. All-in-all I don't know that I've ever spoken to a professional, in any field, so crass and discourteous to people looking to hire her for her services.
