Dr. Rojas and his staff are amazing! I feel at home when I visit the practice. The front desk, Ashley and Lindsay are so helpful and always accommodating and knowledgeable when making appointments or have insurance questions. Lupita is warm and welcoming when she brings you back to the exam area. Dr. Rojas, I can't say enough about how great he is! I had my first novocaine shot that I didn't feel a thing! I hate going to the dentist, however they made me feel comfortable and Dr. Rojas is so friendly and has a great sense of humor. For once in my lifetime I don't dread going to the dentist because of how pleasant everyone was during my first visit today. Also I'd like to add I have Sjogrens which affects my teeth and Dr. Rojas was super knowledgeable about it and what that means for my teeth and what needs to be done to keep them strong and healthy! read more

The office staff are a hot mess. They are hard to track down and God Forbid you try and call to confirm an appt. You will play phone tag for hours and if you work it's not very manageable. Not impressed at all read more

I was experiencing a tooth issue while visiting from out of town. I called on Friday afternoon and they worked me in that day. Very grateful for the kindness and compassion ! Great dentist! Provides education about the treatment plans and does honest work.

I will begin by stating I saw Dr. Rojas in Oct. 2016 for a dental emergency as my regular dentist was on vacation. The visit went well, my cap was replaced and all was great. I paid for my visit with Tracy giving me the estimated amount due, prior to insurance billing. When my EOB arrived from my insurance co. I was surprised to see that I had overpaid by $20. Great, this usually doesn't happen, but I will get a refund. To some folks, that may be a very insignificant amount, but to others, such as myself, that $20 could help matters. By Nov. 22, 2016 I had not received a refund, so I called and left a message with my name and a return phone number. On Dec. 13, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again and left my name and a phone number. Well, on Jan. 10, 2017 I still had not heard a word, so I called again. This time I spoke with Tracy directly. She was adamant that there was no error stating the books looked fine to her. I explained again that I had received my insurance EOB and the insurance had paid their portion and with what I had paid and the insurance co. had paid I was due a refund of $20. Again, stating that she could see what the insurance co paid and what I paid and couldn't see a problem, BUT would review it again and get with Dr. Rojas and IF there was an error made they would refund my money. Never heard back from Tracy, so on Jan 18, 2017 I called AGAIN, this time I was able to hear her say "Yes, there was an error and I am mailing a refund of $20." I'm happy to say I did indeed FINALLY receive that refund due to me after three months and four phone calls later. Then as fate would have it, I placed the check in my purse , I cleaned my purse out the check got thrown in the trash by mistake. I realized it when I was at work the very next day and the trash company had already made their pick ups. Reluctantly, I made an apologetic call to Tracy and explained to her what happened and she said she would speak with Dr. Rojas and she was certain he would refund my money once he verified the check was not cashed. I was an Office Manager for over twenty years, I could certainly appreciate that due diligence, but I laughed stating I understood, but there was nothing to worry about as I know it went to the dump by my mistake, however, I fully understand that action. Well, needless to say two weeks went by and I heard nothing back from Tracy, so I called her again today. She stated she had forgotten but she would ask Dr. Rojas and call me back. This time she did call, stating that Dr. Rojas said he would not write me another check because it would cost him $35 to issue a stop payment on a $20 refund. I told her I understood his concern, but I could promise her the check would never be cashed as it was in the dump, not just lost. I asked if I could speak with Dr. Rojas as it sounded as being a small company, he is pretty involved in the decision making, at least every time I inquired, her answer was she had to get with Dr. Rojas, but this time when I asked to speak with him so I could explain that it was in the trash and a stop payment was not necessary in this particular case, I was immediately shot down as Tracy said, "Oh, Dr. Rojas doesn't get involved when it comes to the monies." I am highly disappointed in the unprofessionalism in this office and how matters were handled. In my opinion, it appears to be a shuck and jive going on in this business with the entire staff or just on the part of a few. I wanted to write this review to make sure that no one else was owed a refund from this company when there estimate was overstated and if so, don't hold your breath on receiving it back. It's a shame because my current dentist, whom I love, thinks highly of this dentist, but I doubt he has any indication of the unethical behaviors either on the part of the entire staff or just the bookkeeper. read more
