Larry is the carpet guy who always cleaned my carpet and I give him Kudos for always being so nice to me. I cut ties with them on June 11, 2018 b/c I was told the time was 9am for arrival time. After 10am and no one showed up, I called Reed's and inquired about them being late. They told me they would be at my home between 11:30- 12:30. I specifically do not recall being told this time frame. I would not have gotten up so early waiting on them if I knew they were coming at this time frame but I was told two weeks ago 9am. I talked to a Michelle who turned out to be very rude and unprofessional in her words to me. She would not do anything to fix the issue of being told the wrong time. She suggested to me that she could give me names of other businesses to clean my carpet. Well, I thought this was very unprofessional to be told this. Then Michelle had a nerve to hang up the phone in my face. Now is this a professional way to act? They are not hurting for business. Anyway, I called back and sent a message to Michelle that she cost the company and bad rating on reviews. No customer deserves to be treated this way. We noticed what looked like water drops in our living room where the guys had gone through to get to our bedroom as explained above and that weekend, I did my usual cleaning by sweeping and I had intented to mop to get up those dried water spots on my hardwoods....except they wont' come up! I've gotten down on my hands and knees trying to scrub, but nothing is working! So, we report this to the Gastonia location who has refused to come back out to rectify this situation. Something about it had to be the same guys, Brian the "Manager" said. What a crock?!? You didn't clean up your mess and now I'm stuck with this until YOU are available?
