Got quoted for a deep…read moreclean, which included oven cleaning per their contract that they sent, but then got charged an extra $40 for oven cleaning. Counters weren't wiped down. Nothing was dusted. So now I'll spend my afternoon cleaning the things they didn't. Had to use our vacuums because theirs broke. Yes it was a big job, and what was done, was done well. But my problem is with them not honoring what they claim to do, and saying well we did more work than we should have. And being told "we'll get it next time". Trust me, there won't be a next time. Edited to add - In response to the business response - No dusting was done and when asked about, we were told they'd only dust if all personal items were packed up and moved. There were surfaces completely cleared of personal items that were left untouched. After they left I cleaned those surfaces myself, (desk, mantle, tv stand, bookcase, countertops and appliances, and kitchen island) in under 30 minutes. Yes there were cluttered areas, which we did not ask to be cleaned and they weren't. I also told them if anything needed to be moved to please let me know and I'd be happy to do it. As I said, what was done was done well for the most part. It was the attitude of the gentleman that was here also and the way he chose to speak to me when asked about issues that was the biggest problem. As a business, if you mess up what you include in your estimate, that is on you, not your customer. But then to imply that I wasn't going to pay him when I questioned things that were not done was beyond rude. Shelly was very kind though, and had things been communicated better, perhaps we could have continued this business relationship.

Ft. home by 3:30 PM and It Looks FABULOUS , The Crew of 3 Ladies and a Long Time Reed Employee went RIGHT to work , Picked up after themselves as they went , even moved furniture around to get it RIGHT , In this Day of Millennials who are too lazy to do work much less GREAT Work , My Wife and I are Over the Top Satisfied . Larry is the carpet guy who always cleaned my carpet and I give him Kudos for always being so nice to me. I cut ties with them on June 11, 2018 b/c I was told the time was 9am for arrival time. After 10am and no one showed up, I called Reed's and inquired about them being late. They told me they would be at my home between 11:30- 12:30. I specifically do not recall being told this time frame. I would not have gotten up so early waiting on them if I knew they were coming at this time frame but I was told two weeks ago 9am. I talked to a Michelle who turned out to be very rude and unprofessional in her words to me. She would not do anything to fix the issue of being told the wrong time. She suggested to me that she could give me names of other businesses to clean my carpet. Well, I thought this was very unprofessional to be told this. Then Michelle had a nerve to hang up the phone in my face. Now is this a professional way to act? They are not hurting for business. Anyway, I called back and sent a message to Michelle that she cost the company and bad rating on reviews. No customer deserves to be treated this way.
