We have lived in our house for a year and a half with three dogs and a baby, so our carpets were really were needing a deep cleaning. They came out the next day and provided a quote in less than 30 minutes. They scheduled a time to come back to clean right there and then. They messaged me the day before as a reminder of the cleaning and on the day of, they let me know they were running just a few minutes late, which was very considerate. They went through each room thoroughly and the house smelled amazing. They were fast and very professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again. read more

Well the reviews were just as described. David is a great guy and took very good care of my rugs. He came and picked them up from our place and took them to his shop. Brought them back a few hours later and they smell and look amazing! Also the price cannot be beat. We will definitely keep him in mind for our carpets and also refer him to friends and family. A couple of weeks ago I had my carpet cleaned in a small house and was charged $350 which I thought was a little high but if it had been cleaned I would not have had a problem. This is the biggest joke for getting your carpets clean. Did not realize at the time that I called them that they were trying to clean your carpets and don't even have a carpet cleaning rig. Will never ever use them again! What a disappointment! I saw no difference after they finished than when they pulled into the driveway. Would give a zero if I could. read more

The carpets were not steam cleaned. They use an older method that involves a buffer so instead of a deep clean it just damps the carpet and removes surface stains while leaving the deeper stains intact. 2 stars for effort read more
