This is the biggest joke for getting your carpets clean. Did not realize at the time that I called them that they were trying to clean your carpets and don't even have a carpet cleaning rig. Will never ever use them again! What a disappointment! I saw no difference after they finished than when they pulled into the driveway. Would give a zero if I could.
