They all stopped working after a few days, there was no way. After seeing that I was S.O.O.L, I took them apart to extract the juice, and saw indications of old, expired units. My conclusion is that they sell very old stock, old expired battery, disposable vapes instead of disposing/recycling them to make money knowing well what is going to happen, but not caring about swindling customers. These are old, they should NOT be selling these units. They sell expired, ready to die disposable vapes. Aside from getting ripped off, the shop had minimal selection. They are also overpriced. The guy at the counter was horrible too, he helped his buddy that came in after me BEFORE me which was insulting. YES I was in line and everything, the buddy just came in and the guy at the desk casually said "i'm just going to help my buddy real quick.".....

What truly sets Mike and Garret apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. I tend to come in lifted from time to time & they are more than willing to answer all my off topic questions whether it is about their favorite animal, their products, or just the day itself. I happened to break a pretty niche Banger size (8mm) & they hooked me up way faster than anything i could've bought online. The shop reminds me of going over to my homies house who just happens to own a vape & small glass store. Great place to hang out and chat with someone who is a consumer before a merchant. They even have a beautiful & comfortable PHub-esque casting couch you can sit back & try the flavor you just got or the disposable you picked up to make sure she rips. (Never picked up a dud disposable here but they always mention to try in store before you leave just in case.) I've been to almost every vape and smoke shops in the big bear area, but Mike and Garret are hands down the best. Whether you've been around the block or are a complete greenhorn, this shop has something for everyone. I come here for the excellent customer service, a wide selection, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it your best stop on the mountain. I get greeted like a old friend instead of a walking dollar. I went in today and was greeted by the owner, Adrian who is helpful, knowledgeable and super awesome! Granted it was the 1st day open and didn't have EVERYTHING, but he still has a lot of name brand juices and mods, coils etc. I really hope to see this shop thrive! You can tell he takes pride in his work. It smelled good, looked fresh and just had an overall calming feeling. Will definitely be back for the GRAND OPENING!
