Not sure what to rate. First of all, the office staff will not call you back, they lie to your…read moredoctor, and dont respond to pharmacies. I saw one therapist, told her my problem, and she responded--what do you want me to do about it. Are you kidding? These problems are hurtful. My doctor is retiring and will not refer me to another psychiatrist. I don't like being left out in the cold to wander doctor to doctor. To me, this is cruel. The office mgr takes the position patients are mentally ill so her word and actions will be accepted as the truth. Don't see a therapist here, be weary of the doctors, and be prepared to almost fight office staff. But remember, you're the crazy one.

In over a two month plus period we had two virtual visits and spoke to two different providers. After not getting what we needed to provide their workplace the FMLA forms needed to protect the job I called the office to check on the paperwork. I was told that they had thrown them away twice because of a problem with the name. We were promised by both of the providers we spoke with that it would be no problem filling those out for us. When I went there to correct the problem I spoke with the head doctor who told me while I was in front of him that he would go to the front office and get this taken care of. The next day he sends a text saying they are not filling out any forms until you are a patient for at least one year. He then wrote that they were dropping us as a patient and good luck finding another doctor. This has now cost my family member any chance of collectung any short term disability.

She has not made us feel at any time that we are on a timer or that we pay her (though we are on time and pay her), I have been to ones that continuously looked at their watch during a session, not sure how she does it, but she never looked even one time, which made us a lot more at ease. My husband was very skeptical about going (he has been to some in the past) but was positively surprised at how much she helped us!
