Every single staff member was extremely professional, but caring and compassionate in their approach to me and my treatments. They are prompt - I never had to wait past my appointment time. The providers administering and assisting with my treatments were competent and always concerned about my comfort during the treatments. I also appreciate the COVID-19 precautions and other infection control measures that were consistently enforced inside of the office and during treatments. I highly recommend this center and their staff. By the way, my knees are pretty much without any discomfort now and I am told by the providers that they will continue to improve over the next few weeks.

He explains himself well and doesn't want you to leave with any unanswered questions. He's not just a prescriber who treats symptoms. He will order necessary tests and utilize his extensive knowledge to find out what is causing the issue. I feel that I am under the full care of Dr. Gyarteng-dakwa and that I have his full attention. Dr Gramig did my thumb arthroplasty and repairing a tendon I partially ruptured in a fall. He is great and very patient friendly. I would let him fix my other thumb if it gets arthritic! Then when my right hip became arthritic, I contacted Dr Alusio at EmergeOrtho since he does more hip replacements in Greensboro than any other doctor. He advised me about when I would be ready for surgery and I went back to him when it was time. He also referred me to PrescribeFIT to help me work on my overall health prior to surgery. Kay Baker at PrescribeFIT has been an excellent coach for me and helped me get ready for surgery. She is still advising me in my post-operative recovery and I am thankful I have her advice during my total hip replacement recovery. Dr Alusio and his staff have did an awesome job on my hip. They have continually fielded my questions and brought me into the office for rechecks of my progress. It has been a difficult recovery for me at 72 years old and I appreciate the support I have gotten from them. Everyone in the Triad office has been great. I highly recommend EmergeOrtho Triad for all your orthopedic needs. They have a wide range of doctors who concentrate on areas of the body like hand and hip. This Urgent Care location was amazing! I was shocked at the low wait time on a Friday... with only…read more1 other person in the lobby. The receptionist was friendly and entered me as a new patient quickly. They had quality face masks readily available at the window. After about 10mins the nurse came and got me. She was very pleasant and ran all of my vitals / updated my chart quickly. The xray tech came in after just a couple of minutes and took my images. The provider was in about 5 minutes later. During the whole visit I probably only sat waiting on someone a total of 15-20mins from start to finish... which is unheard of for an urgent care in my opinion. The provider was down to earth and addressed all my concerns without rushing me. They were very thorough in all of their exams to rule out major concerns and I left with a clear plan, meds ordered, and ease of mind. I will certainly revisit this location should an emergent need come up again.
