If you are RF negative which both members in my family are then she will cancel. She goes by labs and will not even give you an exam. Her staff kept saying they had me do labs and they haven't (my PCP did). And not all the necessary labs that a rheumatologist would require even. Apparently she doesn't know you can be RF- and still have RA. Very unethical dr! She had the earliest new patient date to be seen and now I know why. Don't bother going to her if you want a intelligent dr that actually specializes in their field. I don't normally write reviews but this was very upsetting. Now I have to wait several more months to see another specialist.

For years, I was lucky I had two fantastic rheumatologists down in South Florida but they retired. It was bittersweet, but I was looking forward to not driving over an hour and a half each way to the doctor anymore as I had moved the year before . I quickly realized that I would gladly keep driving an hour and a half because there was a lack of specialists in my area. The first one was nice enough but just kept typing never examined you and seemed uninterested. In 5 min he would ask if you need any refills if you had any concerns and tell you to come back in three months and leave, after you waited three hours in the waiting room. I went back three times because everyone has an off day but things remain the same. Then I called the second office in town and was told send in my records and the doctor would decide if she wanted to see me or not. That was a hard no for me. This is not a concierge doctor. This is an office that takes insurance and Medicare, etc. but you have to pass an audition to get an appointment. Ludacris. Imagine my joy when I heard Dr Kumar had opened a practice in the area. You may think the wait time is a little long and it's not because they overbooked. It's because he takes the time to make his patients feel heard , discuss options for treatments , goes over your medical chart himself not his nurse and genuinely seems to care about you I guess it says a lot about a doctor when almost the entire staff from a hospital affiliated office he was at before came with him to a new area to set up a new office.

From the first time I entered the office I knew in my heart this was the place for me. After loosing over 100 pounds the hard way through diet and exercise, I had a goal to have my excess stomach skin removed and Gynecomastia removed from my chest. Dr. Diaz made me feel very comfortable and answered every question I had (including the ones I found silly). Dr. Diaz was continuously educating and teaching me about how the procedures work, techniques, and how these would impact my recovery and results. The on-site surgery center is incredible and was must for me. Absolutely everything was included with the procedures I had. All my pre and post appointments, medical supplies for personal care, scar treatment, and even recovery vitamins. I am 32 male and had a tummy tuck, lipo, and gynecomastia surgery all at one time. Over 8 hrs in surgery and my 10 year goal was achieved! Over 9 pounds of skin removed just from my stomach, my abdominals were reconnected and attached to my core, and gynecomastia gone! A nurse escorted my wife and I to the house, helped me inside, and into the the couch. She walked my wife through the medication, circulation machine, and personal care instructions. Later that night Dr. Diaz called to check up on me just to see how I was doing, and even provided his cell phone number. Surgeon never rec'd reports at close of day Friday even though the surgeon's nurse and I had both been calling Dr. Florescu's office since Thursday to have the results sent over. It's an hour before my app't with the surgeon and still no FAX with results from Dr. Florescu. Nurse and I calling frantically. No results FAX'd. I'm now at the surgeon's office and still waiting. I'm then told that my surgery may have to be postponed. I'm having the surgery done 2 hours away from home and it took a lot of planning to get time off work and to arrange help at home after the surgery. What is the problem? How hard is it to FAX?! Having surgery is stressful enough. It's crazy to be stressed out over something as simple as having your test results FAX'd to another doctor. I'm through with this. It's much too frustrating. Too bad, because Dr. Florescu, himself, is very good. My advise: until Dr. Florescu realizes his support staff is so poor - he will continue to lose pts. My husband is also moving to another Internist.

I have also relied on him to surgically remove a prostate tumor that involved the bladder as well. In short, he's taken good care of my urological needs over the years. His new office staff is very helpful. If they can't answer the phone, I get a call back within 30 minutes.

She had excellent reviews online, so I made an appointment and was able to get in relatively quickly. Mind you, I set the bar pretty high -- my previous doctor of many years was awesome, and what's more important than your health? It seems like most doctors these days (when you can finally get in to see them) are in and out as quickly as possible and treat questions as an annoyance rather than a legitimate right to understand your own conditions and treatments. Both Dr. Krish and her staff were amazing. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and my health history so she could prescribe appropriate screenings. She explains things clearly and thoroughly. She is also available for virtual visits when I'm traveling. Crystal went above and beyond to answer a question about my insurance coverage for a particular test (something my provider was incapable of answering correctly). So I can't recommend this office highly enough, even though doing so might make her too popular and (selfishly) less available for me.
