Horrible, horrible, horrible. Hedgecock always does the basketball pictures for Chesapeake Buddy League. Every year there is a new problem. They're the grumpiest group of photographers that I've ever met. Several years ago, I decided that I would never give them another dime. They've yelled at my players on numerous occasions and refuse to allow my team to pose as their parents requested. Don't dare order anything "extra" as it will take over a month to arrive and probably won't be as ordered. I created a Yelp account just to review this company because I'm fed up. Hedgecock Photography is simply amazing to say the least. This past Saturday; June 25, 2016 I married the love of my life and we had the privilege of having Hedgecock be our wedding photographers. They did a wonderful job! There were three outstanding photographers and they were the absolute sweetest individuals. You couldn't ask for better people. They made sure and got every shot that I wished for them to capture and they remembered my Pinterest ideas as well. Hedgecock did the pictures at my son's school. The pictures were poor, quality was horrible (cut off heads and pixelation). Hedgecock staff were so difficult to deal with and belligerent they were eventually banned from the school grounds. The parents with bad pictures then had to deal with the photographer themselves and Hedgecock was not returning phone calls. Very unprofessional business people with questionable talent. read more
