This place has some really beautiful pieces. It has both local artist's work as well Fair Trade work. The shop owner was very nice and very knowledgeable. I found her to be very eager to sell things. She said, "It's for sale" or "Is be happy to sell it to you" several times. I understand she's a small business owner and needs to sell things in order to stay in business. But, I also understand that everything in the shop is for sale. Regardless, I did find a few things for myself as well as for gifting. As with most art galleries, it's not cheap, but you're also getting handmade goods. As for parking, I parked on the side of the building. I'm not sure if there is another parking area away from the traffic of Lexington Ave. I'd love to go back and look around again sometime.

What little bit of the museum that I got to see was amazingly beautiful. I only got to stay at the museum for a little bit, because they were closing the museum at the time. The staff allowed me to stay inside with them long enough for the storm to finish blowing through. I hope to come back to visit again soon, because I would really like to get to go through the museum to see it in its entirety.

It's made from recycled aluminum printing plates from the local newspaper and the hand-painted by artists of the studio. They are each as unique as the artist and they are truly beautiful.
