However today I got a letter telling me that after more than 35 years they would no longer keep me as client because they could not handle the load in the area. As you might have noticed, after 35 years, I am loyal and believe in those I need to trust. I am about to retire which would require significant help from my "trusted" accountants. However, there is no loyalty with BCS and therefore no trust. They misled folks about the engagement and their desire to build relationships.
