A competent law firm would have done a stop payment on the check that they shipped to the wrong address, and offered to instead immediately wire the proceeds. Nope. They expect us to coordinate with the recipient of our proceeds (over $170,000) to pick them up next week. Mistakes happen, human errors happen. Nobody expects that things will work perfectly 100% of the time. A professional and competent law firm would pivot and rectify their error. Be so advised if you are considering this firm.

The WORST Lawyer I have ever dealt with! This should have been a simple case, right? No it was a nightmare for my son and I when Andy wanted to basically give the dad anything he was asking for. She actually had the nerve to say to me that she was pulling for the Dad. I reluctantly gave him joint custody per my lawyer and we have not seen the dad in over a year now. In the end Andrea Miller Fink charged me $2000 to do nothing for us and help the opposing side win. I would NEVER recommend Mrs Fink to anyone. I wish I had never met her. I had 100% legal and physical custody of my son until Mrs Fink screwed me over. Don't ever hire this Lawyer or I promise you will be sorry!! Thank you for taking the time to read or story.
