If there's something posted that I love and they have it in my size, I immediately go to purchase it. If there's something that I purchase and end up not liking, there's never been a problem with me bringing it back (even with the tag not being attached). About three days ago a staff member helped me pick out a sweater-vest to wear for the game. Unfortunately, they didn't have a long sleeve black top to go underneath. I went ahead and purchased the top just in case it sold out and I ended up liking it after I found an undershirt. Three days later, I found a shirt to go underneath but ended up not liking the vest with it so I decided to take it back. Once I arrived at the store, a women behind the counter (that I've never seen before) greets me asks me if I had a return. I proceeded to say yes and without taking a look at the sweater she states that she won't return it for me because I've worn it and I took off the tag. Keep in mind, I've returned clothes from this store in the past and the tag not being attached was never an issue. I guess I would understand if I didn't have the tag or the receipt but I had both. I understand if this is your policy/protocol but maybe you should make sure all of your staff understands this policy so it doesn't confuse your loyal customers who have purchased hundreds of dollars of clothing from you. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

I've many items in my closet from Sonia Says that I've never worn - and never could wear for various reasons. I can't say how many times I expressed my unique style requests and the clerks would come up with the most god-awful combinations (yes, lots and lots of $'s) that were designed to make me look 92 years old (and I'm definitely not 92!). However, I went in yesterday and I was so disappointed that out of all the workers, only one was wearing a mask (and she was wearing it below her chin, so not even wearing it). Even the owner's daughter was not wearing one. Athens has a mask mandate, and in the midst of COVID it was EXTREMELY disappointing to see Epiphany not taking the health of both their workers and customers seriously. I'm not going to take stars off because I want people to support this local business, but I hope the owners see this and make a mask mandate inside their store. I know for me personally I will not be back in until masks are required for employees.

However, I am done with them at this point, following a chain of more recent terrible customer service experiences, primarily at this location. But it goes further than that. I have reached out to management, and they're just as indifferent as the employees in the store, as no one even gets back in touch, much less tries to make things right. I suppose they have all the customers they want and need and have no problem losing them unnecessarily. Fine. Just be warned -- they can be a nightmare to deal with and couldn't care less. And since they don't tell you at any point in person or on their website, I'll warn you here -- gift cards can only be used for online purchases.
