Cheeky Peach is an amazing store. If I could stock my whole closet with Cheeky Peach I would. However, I haven't been able to buy many things from there as a working college student because it's a bit pricy for my budget. The customer service is always 100% ! ! I absolutely LOVE Cheeky Peach. I actually discovered this boutique while scrolling through Instagram one day. I've been in love ever since. I absolutely love all of their clothes and the style. Everything I have ordered is excellent quality. I got to know stylist Laura and several others while virtual shopping with cheeky peach. They are so friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have. From sizing to material to length to fit.. anything!!! They always go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your order. They do try ons on their Instagram page, so that helps to shop virtually and get an idea of how the clothing will fit. I can't say enough good thinks about this fantastic store. Most I've ever bought from a boutique!!! I don't even live in Georgia. The service here is pretty wonderful and definitely blew me away. My mother and I just happened upon this store during a wonderful sale! They had so many mark downs on their fall and winter apparel. I was slightly overwhelmed. It is definitely a boutique style type of place. I would liken it to a Francesca's but better. They have a pretty large space with many dressing rooms. We purchased a sweater dress, a black long sleeve cut out dress, two lined leggings, a shawl type of sweater, and a suede jacket all for $64. But this isn't even the best part, they shipped it to my home in PA free of charge. They have a deal where if your purchase is over $50 worth of merchandise they will ship it to your home. Normally during sales they do not offer this deal, but since we had to fly home they let us use it. I was just very impressed with how understanding they were about us travelling home. I received my package within 4 days of stepping into the store which was great considering they are a single shop. Everything was packaged very neatly in wrapping paper in the box. If I lived in Athens I would shop here regularly, I might have to check out their online storefront. read more

They were so helpful over insta messages on telling me what size to get and everything! They shipped out the same day I ordered and were at my house the next day! The service was excellent--the women working listened to me as I described what I was looking for and brought me a couple of dresses that fit the bill. They were encouraging without pressuring me to buy anything, and I was really happy with the service. (In many boutiques you kind of get ignored after the first hello.) Recently placed my first order with Cheeky Peach! A couple of weeks ago I saw a pair of shoes posted by a shoe boutique on Instagram, I commented to see if they had my size. They completed IGNORED me and replied to everyone else, so I decided to not give them my business (they're not cheap shoes!!). Well a few days later Cheeky Peach posts the same shoes, I comment with an inquiry and IMMEDIATELY received a friendly response. I was super impressed and decided to order. When I went online I saw they have my favorite brands (Free People, Mink Pink, Seychelles, etc!) and was even more excited when I read about their rewards program. As someone who shops a lot of the boutiques in Athens, let me tell ya - this one is a stand out! Its not the same ole, same ole - cute, edgy pieces that warrant compliments. OKAY! I bought a pair of sandals from these ladies. While the sandals were super lovely they looked terrible on my feet. I JUST tried them on. That was it! They were kind of enough to pay for my return and I was excited to use my in store credit to buy jewelry. After they received my sandals they determined that they couldn't return them because of wear. Ummmm wear? What wear? I tried them on once, walked around once and determined they weren't for me. Any wear was from how they were shipped to me. While these ladies were very professionals and kind they don't seem to value their customers. It is a shame because I would have repurchased from them! Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of hoop earrings here and wore them one time before they completely bent in half while being transported neatly in my work bag. The owner would not let me exchange them for a new pair or for store credit. These were $70 earring, not a cheap pair of $20 hoops I could get at Claire's. I won't be shopping here ever again, and I will tell my friends not to shop here either. read more
