I figured it would be the next business day before I heard back. But he had it figured out after calling corporate in less than 2 hours. And I had a call back from him telling me the issue was resolved, that I would be getting a credit on my next bill for the mistake, and the amount I would be paying from here on out. Everything was so easy and painless. All in all, I have had NOTHING but an amazing experience with Spencer's agency. They are fast, they work hard, and they care about their people. Quit and got a better policy for my needs for less money, but my family still uses State Farm. And wow, they've crossed their wires (meaning your data and sensitive information), and keep sending me comms about another customer (daily emails ane texts), including how to accept payment for money not mine: would you like that? This seems so bad, and sorry about that, but it's just frustrating to all of us that we've corrected this information for over a month now. And they still can't get it right, and payments could be delayed or other. If you choose State Farm, I would choose another rep, if you can. And Arizona isn't going to help you either. Sadly, the stress and all is just super high. And apologies for the frank feedback, this has been so hard for us. And now, I'm hoping for a good resolution. But, as of today, it just keeps coming.
