They have pools for them and a large sand pit for digging. There is a very large backyard with a high fence and they are NEVER caged. They sleep on the furniture like the kings and queens they are. And Emma agrees, especially about the homemade treats that are always on hand!!

Having a puppy is like having a baby. My sister adopted "Gracie" from a shelter( she's a half…read morepit/half lab) about a month ago and Gracie is awesome but she is crazy with a capital C. When my sister told me that she hired someone to walk her dog,even though she was home, to maintain her sanity, I laughed. Now, I am not laughing because I am house and dog-sitting for her. Ryan is a red-and-white checkered tube in the frothing sea of puppy insanity. He faithfully shows up 5 days a week here at 1 and 5 pm and walks Gracie, and by walk I mean he RUNS her so she is good and worked out by the time she comes back. Plus, she's a fan. You only have to murmur, "Ryan's here" and she's up and at 'em. He cages, re-cages her(as needed), and waters her according to the specifications via trainer. Not gonna be home? No prob. Leave him the key and he waters and cleans up if there's an "oopsie". Rates are EXTREMELY reasonable for the care, he's only $15 per walk/$25 for two a day. If you need a responsible/affable/awesome dog-walker you don't need to look any further! He's definitely this good, I may just consider hiring him to be my "Holly"

The staff is very friendly and seems to really like what they do, are competent, and care about the dogs which is very important to me. My husband and I visited on Friday to prepay and schedule our reservation for the next day. We were informed that the facility opened at 8:00 AM. We arrived at 7:50 AM on Saturday and waited until 8:15 AM, at which point a staff member informed us that the doors do not open until 9:00 AM on Saturdays. He stated that we would need to pay an additional $15 for early admission, which my husband paid. We were told that our dog's rabies medallion was insufficient proof of vaccination, which is something we should have been told the day before. While the staff member suggested our dog could stay in isolation with a waiver, the delay made us late for the wake of my father-in-law. Consequently, our dog had to remain in our car for the duration of the wake and funeral. Thankfully, it was a cool day but I did not want this for my dog. Nor had I planned to go back and forth to check on my dog on such an emotional day. When I called at noon to see if she could still be dropped off and put in isolation, a different staff member informed me this was not permitted. We have been told that we cannot be reimbursed for the daycare and early admission fees and will instead receive a credit. While we acknowledge the missing vaccination documents, we believe the information we presented was misread. We are frustrated that we paid for services we did not receive due to conflicting information from the staff. I emailed a letter stating our grievances to management but did not receive a response. I do not like leaving negative reviews but this situation was not handled properly and I would hate for someone to go through the same situation.
