Unfortunately, she doesn't take appointments so I did have to walk-in and wait about 20 minutes. I had the pleasure of choosing Heidi to perform my eyebrow microblading. I was skeptical at first because of all the horror stories I read and watched on YouTube. However, she is the only one I trust with threading my eyebrows perfectly so I trusted her with this delicate process. She told me to trust the process, so I did. I am very pleased with my eyebrows and I didn't want to post this review until my eyebrows were months old to be fair in my review. The pics I provided are before and after the procedure which was done in the beginning of June '2021. It was a little painful (more painful the second time than the first) but totally worth it. She was very clean and used brand-new sterile tools on my eyebrows as well as walked me through each process so I would be comfortable. She always asked about my discomfort when I had any to ensure I was fine. Follow her instructions for healing and your eyebrows will look beautiful. Came here for the first time today with my mom. Rosa did our eyebrows and upper lips. She is amazing, aside from the fact that she is super sweet, she has a very steady hand and knows how to thread in the least painful way possible. I almost barely felt most of my eyebrows and I am someone is usually super sensitive to that pain, as I have threaded them before at multiple locations. The salon is also very clean and cute. I have FINALLY found my new eyebrow threading place in San Diego that I will be going to for all my future eyebrow threading needs!!! I went in this morning (walk in) and was seen promptly. I don't know how to spell the name of the woman who helped me but her name began with a P. She was not Heidi but I've seen numerous positive reviews about Heidi as well. The woman who helped me was super friendly and she made sure I was happy with how my brows looked and offered to do a touch up if I wanted them thinner. The service was really good and pricing is pretty reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone interested in eyebrow threading - not only do my brows look cleaner but she somehow enhanced the shape of them while keeping them looking natural. This is a review for the lash lift and tint. First of all, I wish I had done my research and learned that there is no FDA approved tint that can be used on lashes or brows. Additionally tinting is illegal in California. Look it up, it's true. Moving on... I have never gotten a lash lift or extensions. I decided to give this service a shot to get a more effortless finished look. I was somewhat nervous about getting a lash lift because I had read some horror stories online. I let Heidi know I was nervous but ultimately moved forward with it since she has been a very consistent threader and competent individual. It has been about six weeks since the service and overall, yes the lift works, but I have had A LOT of lash loss. Beginning the day after the service I have seen multiple lashes just fall off onto my face almost daily. Beyond the lash loss (good thing lashes grow back), I was also disappointed with the customer service. You need an appt for a lash lift. Despite arriving on time I had to wait about 20mins because Heidi took a thread job just before my appt and during the tinting portion of my appt she took a walk-in thread job. This was the worse part because she accepted the job just about a minute before her cell phone timer went off to notify her it was time to remove the tint off my eyelashes. Instead of removing the tint, she attended to the thread job. I now wonder if this is a major part of why my lashes fell off. read more
