Buck Raith, one of the owners, came to our house and talked about what would be done in detail. We talked about materials, style, support, everything we could think of and more. Buck gave us an estimate and references. After looking at some of their work, we were impressed and decided to go with them. Surprisingly, we did not have to make any down payment or deposit. We were told we didn't pay until we were satisfied with the work. Work began on schedule. The deconstruction took longer than expected, which did not surprise me. We were very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the workmanship throughout. We changed the railings and were only charged the difference in the cost of the materials. The company, the project leader Nate Hopkins, and all members (12 people) of the roofing crew receive an A+ for the work.
