They got to the point in the project that touchups were all that was left and I made the mistake of signing the check. Now they are not returning phone calls or showing up to finish the job. It has been 3 weeks since I was told they would be back the next day to finish touch ups and they have only called back once two weeks ago and said they would get right on the final touch ups. The crew made no attempt to prevent unnecessary damage to plants (some is to be expected). The crew left trash from the window wrap and empty paint buckets around the house. I will be willing to re-evaluate my review if they ever finish my house. I do not recommend this company!

He didn't use subcontractors, which is so common these days. It is almost always a bad experience when the individual quoting the project is not who shows up to paint! Adam was always in touch and easy to reach at all times. Our project was the interior of a 1,400 sq ft condominium. I have never seen a painter cover counters and floors, professionally tape off trim and remove curtain and towel rods and other items the way his team did. We got 5 quotes and assumed all would use correct types of paint on the different surfaces as recommended by Sherwin Williams. This was the only company out of the 5 that doesn't. As a consumer we learned the hard way we should have asked more indepth questions (and got it in writing). It's too bad when you think you're hiring a professional, and then find out you have to check every detail for yourself. I did call and left messages that were not answered. When I did catch person in office he told me paint looks good just pay your invoice. They may have been in business for a long time, but I wouldn't use again.
